Parliamentary activity

since 2000, secretary of the Committee for Human Rights, Cults, and Issues of the National Minorities;
member of the Committee for drawing up the legislative proposal for the review of the Constitution ;
member of the Validation Committee;
vice-president of the Romania-Morocco and member of the Romania- Mexico friendship parliamentary groups;
initiator of the following legislative proposals: on family violence; for amending and completing the Law no. 8/1996 on royalties and related rights; on the legal status of private foster homes for children in need; for amending and completing the Law no. 64/1991 on patents, with its subsequent amendments; for preventing and sanctioning child pornography perpetrated by means of computer networks; for amending and completing the Law no. 92/1992 on legal court organisation,with subsequent and additions; for amending and completing the Law no. 143/2000 on the control of illegal drug traffic and consumption; on the control of unlawfully obtained wealth; for amending the Law no. 70/1991 on the local elections; for preventing and sanctioning the desecration of religious values

b) abroad - in the field of philosophy and physics of time, poetry;
scientific activity: in the Group of Interdisciplinary Studies of Romanian Committee for the History and Philosophy Science and Technics (CRIFST) ;
research programme on the mathematics and physics of time, within the Time Trave Research Centre in New York;
researches in the field of environmental and bioenergy technologies;
literary-artistic activity: poetry and graphics, various exhibitions;
between 1983 -1989 poetry and graphics published in the LUCEAFARUL magazine, active member of its literary circle;
1987 - Lucian Blaga Award for poetry;
award for poetry and mention for plastic art with the National Science-Fiction Convention in Craiova ;
unofficial establishment, at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, of the STRING literary circle, with two departments: literature, and science;
6 October 1989, the STRING literary circle is officially accepted by the management of the Polytechnic Institute and University Centre;
6 December, the first important meeting takes place in the field of borderline sciences, attended by 500 persons and highly appreciated by the authorities, which accept the idea of spiritual revival, asking for an activity plan of the circle;
3 October 1990, the Centre of prospective science and science of fiction is established. The String Circle thus becomes independent of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest. the STRING magazine is released, which now has reached its 20th issue
